No. The Sandbox plan is completely free and doesn't require any payment information. There is nothing to pay for yet — the Growth plan opens when live bank connections launch.
A connection is one user linking one bank account through the Link Widget. If a user connects 3 bank accounts, that's 3 connections. You're billed monthly for active connections.
Yes. Once Growth is available, you will be able to upgrade from Sandbox instantly in the dashboard, and downgrading or cancelling will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Yes. Enterprise plans will include volume discounts and dedicated support. If you expect more than 1,000 active connections, get in touch early and we will work out pricing with you.
API calls beyond the 100/month limit will return a 429 rate limit error. Once Growth is available you will be able to upgrade at any time to remove limits and access live bank connections.
Raiffeisen, Erste, AIK Banka, Intesa, OTP Banka, and UniCredit are supported in sandbox today and are the six banks planned for launch. Live connections to them open once OpenDinar is licensed by the National Bank of Serbia. We will keep adding institutions after that.
